My path to becoming a therapist was shaped through lived experience and personal healing. Through navigating my own internal struggles and trauma, I gained a deep understanding of how powerful it can be to feel seen, supported, and understood. The care I received along my journey inspired me to walk alongside others in their own healing process. I view therapy as a space for curiosity and self-discovery—an opportunity to explore how life experiences shape our thoughts, emotions, and patterns. This understanding can create meaningful change and a deeper connection to oneself. My work is grounded in helping clients develop insight, resilience, and a sense of empowerment as they move toward lives that feel authentic and fulfilling. I hold deep respect for the ways trauma can impact individuals both internally and externally. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and client-centered, with a focus on healing from within. I believe growth happens when people are supported in living in alignment with their values and honoring the person they believe themselves to be.
